Corinthia London Hotel

My wife and I had a delightful stay at Corinthia. We booked to celebrate her birthday and were pleased with every aspect of our experience. The hotel's location near the Embankment tube station made it easy to navigate the city. The staff, particularly the doormen, were friendly and helpful. Our executive king room was lovely, spacious, and well-equipped, with large windows and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The spa and gym facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed the attention to detail throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic time exploring the hotel for the first time. The staff were friendly and cute, especially the hostess at the Northall Restaurant who took the time to show us around. The facilities, particularly the state-of-the-art spa, were amazing and we loved the futuristic swimming pool and hot tub. The breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

first class hotel in a perfect location. all places of interest within walking distance. our room is tastefully furnished and large bed very comfortable. fantastic, rich breakfast. extremely friendly and helpful staff. we felt very comfortable and can recommend the hotel very well.

The hotel is ideally located close to various tourist attractions, such as the West End theaters and the nicest restaurants in the city. Guests mentioned dining at the Basoon bar and Kerridges, where they enjoyed great cocktails and superb food. The rooms were described as stunning, with spacious layouts, enormous comfortable beds, and magnificent bathrooms. The hotel staff provided outstanding and attentive service, going above and beyond guests' expectations. The breakfast at the Northall restaurant was praised for its quality and taste. Some guests were lucky enough to enjoy a view of the glass roof of the Crystal moon lounge.

There was a slight issue with the service experienced at Kerridges, where guests felt rushed due to being the last cover of the night.

hotel meets the 5 star criteria in every respect and is extraordinary in every respect! we were treated very courteously and simply felt comfortable and welcome. room was very beautiful, tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. staff is extremely well trained and extremely friendly, competent and courteous. catering facilities leave nothing to be desired and even the spa is an oasis in the middle of london!

even if you want to look for the hair in the soup, there are no negative points.

as always, all-round package was perfect! it is rightly our favourite hotel in london!

This hotel provides the ultimate luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, full body massage, beauty treatments. the garden area is a lovely place to relax. the restaurant serves delicious meals and there is also a bar/lounge area. In-room breakfast and private facilities are also available.

concierge - tried to order a bunch of flowers - except for several phone calls - without result - not very friendly - i have the impression that they only take care of the many vips - normal guests are not taken care of accordingly

The facilities were perfect, especially the bathtub. We always book the same room. Complimentary platter for our wedding night. Parents enjoyed their anniversary surprise, praised friendly staff, spotless room, and comfortable bed. Great location near Trafalgar Square, helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet, and nice-sized room with amazing bathroom. Second stay exceeded expectations with a complimentary room upgrade, extra bed, and birthday cake. Beautiful room, loved the bed, underfloor heating, power shower, and amenities. The spa was fantastic, loved the Thermal Floor and vitality pool. Friendly and helpful staff, smooth check-in and check-out. A very special weekend, will definitely return!

The service at the hotel was really good, with friendly and skilled team were pretty good to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions like Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the comfortable bed in our room.

During my recent stay at Corinthia, I was actually surprised by the attention to detail and personalized service. The staff were very good too ensure that my husband's birthday celebration was lovely. They even sent a delicious cake to our room, a good touch. The hotel's overall ambience was very nice, creating a perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The luxurious and spacious superior king room offered amazing views of the Thames, making our stay even more nice. The breakfast buffet was extensive and beautifully presented, providing a wide variety of options to start the day. The spa facilities were really good, especially the silver-lined swimming pool and thermal floor with a truely rejuvenating experience.
